This caviar was a bit of a splurge but so worth it! Rich, savory, and delicious. It’s a very small amount but treating yourself occasionally is worth it. I forgot to get a picture of the roe but I ate it over rice.

It’s a very tiny tin, but if you just want a bit to test in a recipe, it was an affordable option. Opening the tin was a bit tricky because of how flat it is. You need to firmly grasp the tin and wedge something flat under the lid, like a butter knife. Twist your knife a tiny bit, turn the tin half an inch, and repeat. Work around the tin until the lid releases.
The fish roe is pretty good and not fishy.
It came in a small box, seems like little but it’s alot, very tasty.
The taste was very good. I wish the portion was a little larger. It was smaller than I expected.
I have repurchased it several times. The packaging is very good and the salmon rice is very delicious. I will keep repurchasing it.
