    This is tasty tofu and convenient. It’s shelf stable and a great source of plant based protein when you need it. I used it for mapo tofu and it’s great. Also makes a wonderful “eggless” egg salad. Use in soups, stir fries and salads. Everything you use fresh tofu for.
