The salmon bell was is fresh. Packed well, in ice. I’m not a fan of it, I didn’t like the fact that I had to remove all the scales and fins from them. It was too time consuming. For this reason, I won’t repurchase. I cooked them in the air fryer. I must say that the end product was very delicious. I served with linguine, pasta sauce and sauteed greens, which I also purchased from Weee. 😋

This milkfish cut is so fresh and perfect according to my dad. I couldn’t personally try it because I am vegetarian. However I prepared it so easily by lightly seasoning with salt and frying. I developed to sauce with hoisin sauce, apple cider vinegar, black pepper, orange juice from real oranges and brown sugar and chili peppers. I would definitely order more of this brand to make other dishes.

It came with two pieces in separate package. It’s easy to prepare. It wasn’t frozen when it arrived. Tasted good but on a fishy side.

Bought this on sale. I seasoned and pan fried it . It’s a tasty dish . Dipped in spiced vinegar, the greasy taste is cut out. Goes well with steamed rice and veggies. I will repurchase when it goes on sale again.

Woah! This tasted better than expected. Skin was easily removed when it was semi frozen.
Really disappointed. It was covered with thick outer skin and thick inner skin with veins that when I cleaned it, less than a half portion was edible…. Maybe I had a bad luck on this time? I will rather buy regular sashimi Tuna as it requires no hassle.
