I read the reviews on here and ordered this. I steamed for about 7 mins (instructions said 6). It was very good - and true that there was not lot's of soup in the dumpling but there was some, and they did not break or tear, and they were very good. I am going to try again, and maybe steam another minute or two and see if this creates more soup? Either way, it was a very good dish and I am ordering two more bags now.
