Stir-fried pork with pickled vegetables with beetroot leaves. This brand of pickled vegetables is just as salty. Just rinse it with water and Ok. It doesn’t make the soaking resistant, but the vegetables themselves are already soaked. So fried!
Using beets' leaves in this stir fried preserved veggies & pork shoulder meat-cubes, this is the first time trying this brand, not bad, not too salty, and it's quite soaked already, so only need to lightly rinsed it and squeezed out all the water by using the colander, and must not stir fried for too long, or it will be so much water!!!
